Mr. Vern Dosch, president and CEO of National Information Solutions
Cooperative (NISC), is scheduled to present the 12th Annual Al Bloomquist
Lecture at 1 p.m. March 20, 2006 in Fargodome meeting room 204. The
address, titled "Providing Information Technology Services Using the
Cooperative Business Model," is sponsored by the Quentin Burdick Center
for Cooperatives and American Crystal Sugar Co.

NISC provides billing, accounting and engineering software solutions to more
than 500 rural utilities and telephone companies and 7.2 million end-users in
47 states and American Samoa. With offices in Mandan, N.D., and Lake St.
Louis, Mo., the company employs more than 550 technicians. Dosch is a life-
long resident of the Bismarck-Mandan area.
