Course Objectives

  1. To become familiar with the development and implementation of regulations
    governing grain inspection and the organization of the agency regulating grain inspection.
  2. To become familiar with terminology used in grain inspection.
  3. To understand procedures used to assign grain grades.
  4. To become proficient in grain analytical techniques required to determine grain grades.
