Research Activities
- Investigate small grains for novel genes that are important to wheat and barley producers using molecular, bioinformatic, and classical genetics. Current interest is in disease and drought resistance, and protein quality.
- Implement and study new student learning/teaching tools for the undergraduate laboratory classroom that support a range of learning styles.
