Beckman Biomek NX custom robotic system for DNA Extraction

The robot will process 96 well plates and the amount of time it takes will depend on the protocol used. Cost per processing depends on the protocol and consumables needed. User provides all the buffers for extraction. If you require the center to provide the buffers call with specifics and request a price quote.

Basic

• The cost level based on just the basic protocol (DNA extraction, quantification and normalization of DNA amount from 96 tissue samples) requiring:
  96 deep well plate, 1 aluminum lid seal, 8 1000 &mu l tip, 8 1000 &mu l barrier tip, 96 250ul tips, 96 20ul tips and 2 regular plates = $35.00

Basic plus

• For each additional item (as calculated per your specific protocol) add the cost as follows:
  • $4.1 per deep well plate
  • $0.90 Lid seal
  • $0.30 per 1000 ul tips NS/S
  • $0.45 per 1000 ul barrier tips
  • $0.1 per 250ul tips NS/S
  • $0.1 per 20ul tips NS/S
  • $0.15 per 20 ul barrier tips
  • $0.15 per 250 ul barrier tips
  • $2.2 for regular plates
