Fragment/SNP/Sequencing analysis by CEQ 8000

The following are the charges for different types of fragment analysis using the Beckman CEQ8800 machine:

• Fragment analysis (size standard, capillary components and optical plates provided)
  • $2.75 per sample
  NOTE:(you are responsible for the labeled primers and PCR amplification and reaction clean-up)
• SNP analysis (CEQ SNP kit, size standard, capillary components and optical plates provided)
  • $6.70 per sample
• SNP analysis (size standard, capillary components and optical plates provided)
  • $3.00 per sample
• Sequencing (CEQ Quick Start kit, size standard, capillary components and optical plates provided)
  • $7.00 per sample
• Sequencing (size standard, capillary components and optical plates provided)
  • $2.25 per sample
  (you are responsible for the sequencing reaction components, amplification and reaction clean-up)
