Extension Accomplishment Reporting System

EARS is our electronic database for collecting, storing and retrieving program impacts. The EARS system is also a communication tool for faculty, staff and community partners to share programs that are making a difference in North Dakota.

An EARS report answers, "So what?" and "Who cares?". It's more than just numbers of people who attended a program or results of a survey they completed at the end of the program. EARS reports show the impact the NDSU Extension Service program have on North Dakotans' lives.

Again, ask to see samples of reports done by your mentor or others in your office and you can adapt this to meet your needs.
