  NDSU Graduate Assistantships  
     
 
 
 

A half-time (20 hours per week) graduate assistantship is available through the Office for Equity and Diversity for the 2007-2008 academic year. This graduate assistant provides support for the NDSU TOCAR Anti-Racism Team and the President's Diversity Council.   Please contact Office for Equity and Diversity for more information.

 
 
 
 

The Career Advisor Graduate Assistant will work directly with the Career Advisor staff in teaching job search skills to students and alumni by meeting with students individually and by teaching in classrooms and/or in workshops; by participating in the planning and execution of career events; by assisting with student, faculty and employer development; by participating in on-campus recruiting activities.

The position will be half-time (Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week and may include some evenings and weekend hours) and a 9-month appointment paying $7,110 per year. The student will receive a tuition waiver (not including fees). The graduate assistantship will include both fall and spring semesters of the 2008-09 academic year. A second year appointment may be available contingent upon satisfactory performance in the position, graduate studies and available work. Screening will begin April 15, 2008.
