Earth Day, 2007 was observed by NRM with a gathering at Loftsgard Hall on the campus of NDSU. Guest speakers were Dr. Allan Ashworth and Lonnie Dupre.
Dr. Allan Ashworth, Distinguished Professor, teaches and conducts research in paleontology and stratigraphy. Lonnie Dupre has traveled by dog team, skis and kayak over 14,000 miles throughout the polar regions.
