TREE PLANTING AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between the

Authority to enter into this agreement is found in
N.D.C.C. 4-22-26.
The District shall plant trees at ________________________ at an
estimated cost of $____________. Cooperator agrees to pay a non-refundable
down payment of $___________ before the trees are ordered.
Cooperator will pay the balance of the tree planting bill on the day of
planting before the trees are planted.
The District does not guarantee the survival of the planted trees. Payment must be made regardless of whether the trees survive.
