* Richard Gross, Janet Jacobson, Theresa Podoll, Annie Kirschenmann and Richard Schlosser withdrew from the Coexistence Working Group in protest on 2/7/04. The withdrawal letter stated they withdrew their support for and continued participation in the project. "...We will not allow our participation in any way to be used as an endorsement of the Best Management Practices produced or any other materials developed as part of this endeavor...The BMPs passed by the Coexistence Working Group have done little or nothing to address the objectives of this grant project and will be of little benefit to the stakeholders we represent. And so we consider this project to have failed."
