North Dakota is one of the Great Plains states, in the central region of the country. Fargo is located on the North Dakota border, just across the Red River from Moorhead, Minnesota.
The conference will take place in the Ramada Plaza Suites and Conference Center in Fargo, ND, on May 29-30, 2003. Single rooms are available in the hotel for $65 per night. Weather in Fargo is variable in late May--high temperatures can range between the lower 60s to the mid-70s (based on the 1996 to 1999 almanac). Out-of-state visitors are encouraged to check Fargo's local weather forecast in advance of their trip.
