Recertification Process

Recertification can be completed by one of the following four (4) methods:

Attend producer education and certification training meetings (These meetings will be conducted in the fall)
Get recertified over the internet
Request training CD - (Contact Lisa @701-328-9718 or lisa.pederson@ndsu.edu)
Request paper copy of training presentation - (Contact Lisa @ 701-328-9718 or lisa.pederson@ndsu.edu

Please print the following forms for the recertification process. This includes all producers who are being recertified through the internet PowerPoint presentation process or those producers that have requested a CD.

Registration Form (1 copy)

Pre Test (take before you start the recertification procedure)

Post Test (take this test when you have completed the course)

Checklist (2 copies, one for you and send one to the NDBQA office)
