Enclosed is an invoice for 2000 County dues which are due and payable now.

It is important that I have a current list of your county's directors and officers to mail correspondence. I have enclosed a form that I am requesting you fill out and return so that I may have an up-to-date list.

REMINDER: The State Crop Improvement Meeting is scheduled for February 8, 2000 at the International Inn, Minot. I will be mailing out programs and pre-registration forms to all certified seed growers (which would also include your county's directors) a couple of weeks prior to the meeting. Please send or e-mail me any resolutions your county may have, prior to the annual meeting (preferably by Jan. 31.
