Agriculture Tour

  • Maple River Grain & Agronomy Services: Bulk pesticide storage facility and seed warehouse. See how the pesticides are handled, packaged, and stored. Tour the seed warehouse and bulk seed handling facility. There will also be a spray equipment demonstration.

  • Aerial Spray Pattern Testing with the NDAAA: See a spray pattern testing demonstration, drift & wind tower demonstration, and a demonstration of aerial applicator technology. Hosted by local members of the ND Aerial Applicators Association. (See additional information on Operation S.A.F.E)

Urban Tour

  • Roman Meal Milling Company plant tour and IPM program. Custom grain milling since 1969. See how they manage pest problems inside the facility, meet the quality control staff that insures the grain they purchase and mill are free of bugs, weeds, and fungi.

  • Cass County Vector Control: Mosquito control for Cass County. Tour the new pesticide loading and containment site. Learn about larvicides, adulticides, and population monitoring.
