Photo Tips
for digital and other forms of
photography
Things to Try . .
.
- Outdoors, try practicing in windy areas.
- Try action pictures - a car or bicycle going by. Moving with your subject in the
viewfinder is called panning.
- Adding depth/showing size - to show a subject is massive or
tall, show something of a
known size next to it, such as a hand or a person.
- Find a subject that doesn't move.
- Place the camera on a solid surface and take the picture.
- Remember what you saw in the viewfinder and take the same picture while jumping in
the air.
- Take a third picture holding the camera in your hands. Compare all three.
If your pictures aren't good enough, you're not
close
enough.
