Acquiring Plans & Cost:
- 4 digit plan numbers, such as 5352, are plans prepared through the USDA Cooperative Farm Building Plan Exchange.
- 5 digit plan numbers, such as 77621, are plans prepared through the Midwest Plan Service (MWPS) - a committee
of agricultural engineers from the 12 North Central Midwest Land Grant Universities.
- Hyphenated plan numbers, such as ND 871-2-0, are plans prepared by NDSU Agricultural & Biosystems Engineers.
- There are also plans from Canadian Plan Service, American Plywood Association, Forest Service, and other sources.
There is no cost for 8 1/2 x 11 inch photocopies of plans. These plans do not need to be ordered.

18 x 24 inch (blueprint-size) plans are $4.00 per page. Fill out the online order form and submit.
You will be invoiced for the plan(s) ordered. Once payment has been received, the plan(s) will be mailed to you.
